Requests and responses

• Bodies are JSON, except the workbook an uploaded file can take as multipart/form-data. Fields an endpoint doesn't accept are rejected rather than ignored.
• Dates are ISO 8601 strings in UTC. Ids are strings, except users', which are numbers.
• GET /reports answers pages of up to limit reports: pass the nextCursor it answers as cursor for the next page, until it is null. Other lists answer every item at once.
• Work that takes a while answers 202 Accepted with an id right away: a message to the slides agent or a run. Follow it with its GET, which waits up to waitSeconds (20 by default, 30 at most) for the work to finish and answers as soon as it does, so call it again while the status is queued or running.
