Authentication
All of the following authentication methods are available to organizations for signing in to Rollstack:
- Google Login
- Microsoft Login
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
SSO login is available to customers on the Enterprise plan. If your organization uses SSO, you can ask your IT admin to set up SSO for Rollstack.

Here is the list of the supported providers:
- Generic SAML 2.0 Provider
If you have SSO enabled within your organization, please reach out to [email protected] to enable access to the platform via SSO.
If you are an Admin or an Owner in Rollstack, you can head to your organization settings to set up your SSO connection:
Click on the Settings tab in the sidebar
Click on the Organization tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the list and verify that you can see a section Single Sign-On
Click Configure. You will be directed to a guided page, with instructions for each SSO provider.
Similarly to the SSO Setup, you can enable automated user provisioning from your identity provider to Rollstack.
Once we enable this option for your account, you can head to the organization settings page
Please note that you need to be an an Admin or Owner on Rollstack to be able to move forward.
You can then scroll down and click on the button Configure in the Directory Sync section.
Then you will be redirected to the Directory Sync configuration page.
You can click on Start Configuration.
You can then follow the walkthrough guide to configure the connection from your IdP provider to Rollstack.
